Hajj Ministry issues' Umrah and Visit Guide' in 16 languages

MAKKAH — The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has issued the “Umrah and Visit Guide” in 16 international languages. The guide enables worshipers and Umrah pilgrims to access guidance and organizational information in their native languages to enhance awareness and facilitate the performance of rituals with ease and peace of mind.The guide serves as an interactive educational resource covering all stages of the Umrah and visit journey, from pre-travel preparations and visa and permit procedures to performing the rituals, facilitating movement at the Two Holy Mosques, and completing departure formalities.The guide presents information chronologically, allowing Umrah performers and visitors quick access to content relevant to each stage of their journey. It includes visual elements and digital links to maps, instructional videos, and support services. It features instructions for Ihram, Tawaf, Sa’i, and the etiquette of the Two Holy Mosques. The guide also highlights essential services at the Grand Mosque in Makkah and the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah, along with organizational and behavioral guidelines to maintain order and facilitate smooth movement.The ministry emphasized that the issuance of the Umrah and Visit Guide is part of its ongoing efforts to enhance the experience of worshipers and Umrah pilgrims, raise procedural and organizational awareness, and support digital transformation in services.
