It stated that this step is part of its efforts to ensure beneficiaries can exercise their right to appeal in accordance with established procedures, contributing to enhanced transparency in addressing transport-related violations and raising the standards of fairness and regulatory efficiency.It urged all concerned parties to submit appeals through its official website within the specified legal timeframe, noting that appeals will be reviewed and decided within eight working days from the date the violation was recorded.The TGA explained that violations are categorized according to activity, including heavy transport, car rental, buses, and freight transport.
