BEIRUT — At least four people were killed and 20 others injured in Israeli airstrikes across southern Lebanon on Sunday, according to the Lebanese Health Ministry, amid an escalation in attacks despite a US-brokered framework agreement.The ministry’s Emergency Operations Center said two people were killed and two others injured in Nabatieh Al-Fawqa, while eight people, including a woman and a girl, were wounded in the Al-Rahibat neighborhood of Nabatieh.In Arab Salim, two women were killed and six people, including two girls, were injured.
