GAZA — An Israeli drone strike killed two Palestinian siblings, including a 15-year-old girl, in southern Gaza on Saturday, while separate strikes elsewhere in the enclave wounded at least a dozen more people, according to Palestinian health officials.Nasser Hospital said the strike targeted tents sheltering displaced Palestinians in the Muwasi area, killing 15-year-old Islam Moussa and her 30-year-old brother, Abdullah Moussa.
