Several Gulf and Arab countries offer condolences to Saudi Arabia over the victims of helicopter crash

RIYADH — Several Arab and Gulf states offered condolences to Saudi Arabia over the death of 14 Saudi citizens in a helicopter crash in Ras Tanura in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. King Abdullah of Jordan expressed his condolences and sympathy to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman over the martyrs of the copter crash. The Jordanian King prayed to God Almighty to bestow His vast mercy upon the martyrs and to grant their families patience and solace. Spokesperson of the Jordanian Ministry of Foreign and Expatriate Affairs Ambassador Fouad Majali affirmed Jordan’s full solidarity with Saudi Arabia in the wake of the tragic incident and extended his sincere condolences to the families of the martyrs. King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain expressed his condolences and sympathy to King Salman over the copter crash. In a cable, King Hamad prayed to God Almighty to bestow His vast mercy upon the martyrs and to grant their families patience and solace. Bahraini Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa also sent similar cables of condolence and sympathy to King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. The United Arab Emirates expressed its solidarity with Saudi Arabia following the crash of an Aramco helicopter in Ras Tanura, which claimed the lives of all those on board.
